Samantha Neale
Sam grew up in and around the areas of Bognor and Arundel and started her legal career at a local law firm in Chichester in 2000 where she continued to work in conveyancing for a number of years before moving to work for a stint in Family Law. In 2007, Sam moved to Hampshire when she met her husband and continued to work in Family Law for a few more years in the areas of Fleet and Farnborough. However, Sam has passion for conveyancing and for providing a high standard of service in a friendly, relaxed and empathetic way to clients during what can be an incredibly stressful time, and so she made the move back to conveyancing at a small local firm in Farnborough. Sam qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and Fellow of CILEx and now lives in Lincoln with her husband and dog, Frankie, splitting her time between working remotely from Lincoln and visiting the Felpham office every month. Whether she is in the Felpham office or working remotely from Lincoln, Sam always strives to make sure she is there for her clients to answer any questions, ease their stresses and guide them through the conveyancing process.
In her spare time Sam is an artist and has sold a number of commissions, she also enjoys cycling, travelling and spending time with her family.
Janet Grant
Janet joins our team with knowledge of the Conveyancing world having worked for a Local Estate Agents for 15 years and more recently another firm of local Solicitors. Having seen the process of moving home from another angle, Janet has brilliant customer relation skills and is excellent in dealing with Clients during what can be a very stressful process. Janet has always lived in the local area and is the mother of two grown up children which in itself gives her a wealth of transferable skills.
Wilson
Wilson is the Head of Customer Relations and is always available for cuddles or a scratch under the chin (him not you!). He can usually be found asleep and snoring in his bed or getting up to mischief roaming around the office. Wilson loves humans and lots of attention and is a very friendly dog who will always want to greet you and say hello. Wilson was born in May 2019 and is therefore only young and still learning – although he might learn quicker if he wasn’t so stubborn!
